Please do not return any items to the return address before reviewing the information below AND submitting a claim via email at turnipvegan@gmail.com.
Please include a clear photo of the item's condition and your order number for any claims submitted.
Any claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted to turnipvegan@gmail.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted to turnipvegan@gmail.com no later than 30 days after receiving the product. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
WRONG ADDRESS.
Any claims for an incorrect address must be submitted to turnipvegan@gmail.com no later than 30 days after the order is placed. If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
