Quinoa Crunch Bar Recipe


In my early days of crafting recipes, I often whipped up candy bars to satisfy my sweet cravings. This particular recipe stands out for its simplicity and premium ingredients. If you manage to find some quinoa puff, this is a must-try. And if you're aiming for a milk chocolate texture, a dash of oat milk does the trick.

Ingredients + Recipe Below

 

1 cup of cocoa powder

1 cup of cacao butter 

1/4 cup of date syrup 

1/2 cup of Crunch Pop 

B12 + Lion's Mane (Optional) by @keepthevibesup by Turnip Vegan

 

Instructions:

  1. On low heat, melt the cacao butter in a saucepan. Ensure it doesn't burn.
  2. Once entirely melted, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cocoa powder.
  3. Add date syrup and the B12 + Lion's Mane if you use it. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
