Step 1. Cut, season, and cook sweet potatoes. Set to the side. (You can air fry or bake.)
Step 2. Create a roux with flour and vegan butter.
Step 3. Add chopped onions, garlic, chopped sweet peppers, and cook for 5 minutes. Next, add plant milk, vegetable broth, black beans, chipotle, thyme, salt, Lion's Mane Mushroom, and pepper. Cook for 5 min. Add sweet potatoes.
Step 3. Add to pizza dough and bake or enjoy by itself.
