This recipe will change your mind about mushrooms!
Ingredients:
Oyster Mushrooms
Marinate:
1/4 cup Avocado oil
2 tsp of minced garlic
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup liquid amino
Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
1 tsp of minced garlic
1/4 cup of vegan butter
1/4 cup of coconut cream
1/4 cup of vegan parmesan cheese
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt to taste
Garnish with parsley.
Step 1. Create marinade and apply it to mushrooms. Allow to marinate for 2 hours.
Step 2. Add mushrooms to a skewer stick and grill until desired texture. (Add oil to grill to prevent sticking)
Step 3. Create Garlic Parmesan Sauce by mixing all the ingredients with a spoon and then applying it to mushrooms.
Step 4. Garnish with red pepper flakes, parsley, and parmesan cheese.
