1. 16 - 18 chopped strawberries
2. 1/2 cup brown sugar
3. 1/4 tsp cinnamon
5. 2 Tbsp cup water
6. 1/4 cup tapioca starch
7. 2 Tbsp chopped pecans
8. 1 pack of potsticker wrappers or wonton wrappers
Step 1. Clean and chop strawberries.
Step 2. Add strawberries, brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon, and water to a saucepan and cook for 12-14 minutes on medium heat.
Step 3. Allow to cool for 2 minutes, and add tapioca starch slowly while you whisk. Add more tapioca if the filling is not thick.
Step 4. Wet the edges of the wonton wrappers. Fill wonton wrappers with strawberry filling. (Make sure to seal the edges good, or the filling will come out) Air Fry or fry.
Step 5. Add powdered sugar on top. Melt chocolate and drizzle on top.
