How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking information you can use to check the order status.
If you haven't received your order within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name and order number in the email and we will provide you with an update on your order.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates For Drop-shipped Items.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipment on flat rate shipping to U.S. only.
We do not currently offer shipping outside of the contiguous United States.
Returns. Refunds. Exchanges.
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
Please do not return any items to the return address prior to reviewing the information below AND submitting a claim via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For any claims submitted, please include a clear photo of the condition of the item and your order number.
Package Lost in Transit.
Any claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted to email@example.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Item.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Any claims for incorrect address must be submitted to email@example.com no later than 30 days after the order is placed. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
