Truffle Mac & Cheese Cornbread Bowl

Mac & Cheese Ingredients


1 cup mozzarella cheese

1 1/2 cups macaroni Shells

2 TBSP vegan butter

2 TBSP of flour

2 TBSP nutritional yeast 

1 1/2 cups of plant-based milk (Barista works the best)

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 

1/2 tsp onion powder 

1/2 garlic powder 

1/2 tsp salt 

2 tsp truffle oil

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Vegan Baked Beans

Vegan Cornbread 


Toppings Crispy Onions, Jalapeño 


Step 1. First, melt butter in a pan. Add flour once butter is melted and create a roux. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook—Cook on Medium. 


Step 2. Add black pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.


Step 2. Add plant-based milk and stir until the sauce starts to thicken. 


Step 3. Add cooked macaroni shells, 1 cup of cheese, nutritional yeast, and stir until it mixes. Add truffle oil and mix.


Step 4. Enjoy with cornbread,  baked beans, crispy onions and jalapeños.
