Rasta Pasta w Jerk Jackfruit 


1 can of coconut cream 

1 1/2 TBSP of jerk seasoning 

1 chopped red pepper

1 chopped green pepper

1 tsp minced Garlic 

1/2 tsp turmeric 

1/4 tsp thyme leaves

3 TBSP olive oil  

2 1/2 cup of pasta 

7 oz of jackfruit or plant-based chicken


Salt and pepper to taste


Step 1. Saute minced garlic in olive oil. Add jackfruit and jerk seasoning. Cook 4-5 min medium heat. Place to the side.


Step 2. Saute Red peppers, green peppers, and minced garlic in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on medium.


Step 2. Add 1 Tbsp of jerk seasoning, salt, pepper, thyme, turmeric, and cook for 3-4 minutes.


Step 3. Add coconut cream and cook on medium for 5 minutes. 


Step 4. Add cooked pasta and cooked jackfruit and mix.


Step 4. Serve and enjoy the vibes!
