Turnip Vegan Style Vegan pizza with flavorful truffle oil. Easy to make.
2 1/2cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups vegan mozzarella
2 - 3 TBSP chopped black olives
2 - 3 TBSP olive oil
1/4 cup hot cherry peppers
1 cup of fresh arugula
2 cups of pizza sauce
1 -3 tsp truffle oil (Optional)
Garlic powder & oregano to taste
Step 1. Combine bread flour, instant yeast, and salt. Mix with a spoon or spatula.
Step 2. Add warm water and start to mix and knead together with your pizza dough. (Mixer optional. I used my hands.)
Step 3. Add olive oil to your pan, followed by your pizza dough. Coat your dough with olive oil and cover for 15 minutes. The dough should be flexible enough that you can now create a rectangle shape with the dough in your pan. Now let your dough sit for two hours. 😀
Step 4. Olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano on the top of your dough. Bake for 5 minutes.
Step 5. Add pizza sauce, mozzarella, hot cherry peppers, black olives, and pizza sauce.
Step 6. Bake for 12-14 minutes at 550 degrees
Step 7. Add fresh arugula and drizzle with truffle oil.
