Buffalo Walnuts Rolls with Mozzarella Cheese
Walnut Grounds Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups of soaked walnuts. (Soak walnuts for 1 hour)
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Vegan Mozzarella shreds
- Chopped Green Bell Pepper
- Egg Roll Wrappers
Step 1. Blend soaked walnuts, chili oil, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, onion powder, granulated garlic, and onion powder in a food processor for 1-2 minutes. ( Do not over mix to keep a meaty texture with the Walnuts)
Step 2. Add 2 tbsp olive oil to a pan and cook walnuts blend on medium heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the crumbles start to brown. Add Buffalo sauce and cream cheese. Cook for 2-3 min.
Step 3. Using Egg roll wrappers, add walnut crumbles, green bell peppers, and shredded mozzarella to one corner of the wrapper. Roll the wrapper and seal the ends with water.
Step 4. Fry or Air Fry the rolls.
Step 5. Serve with your ranch sauce, and don't forget plant vibes are good vibes!!
