Happy Veganuary My Friends! This has to be my favorite vegan cheese sauce. Easy but delicious. 🤤
Loaded Waffle Fries w/ Chipotle Cheese Sauce
1 1/2 cups of soaked cashews
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp of salt
1 1/4 cup vegetable broth
1/4 tsp tapioca
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp chipotle pepper with adobo sauces
Chopped red bell pepper
Chopped green onions
Step 1. Soak cashews for 1 hour.
Step 2. Blend cashews, nutritional yeast, turmeric, granulated garlic, salt, vegetable broth, tapioca, rice vinegar, chipotle pepper with adobo sauces for 5-5 minutes or until very smooth.
Step 3. Prepare waffle fries. Add black beans, chopped red bell peppers, chipotle cheese sauce, and green onions.
